The project involves the delivery of a collaboration and innovation environment for Capgemini’s new flagship Innovation Hub in Munich, Germany.
The agreement represents a significant addition to Cyviz’ Fortune 500 customer base and marks the beginning of a new strategic relationship.
The project builds on Cyviz’ experience delivering similar experience centers and innovation environments for high-impact enterprise collaboration to other key global accounts, most notably Microsoft’s Innovation Hubs worldwide.
Capgemini will deliver fully integrated, advanced collaboration technology designed to enable presentations and effective collaboration in a flexible and modular environment. The innovation environment will operate as multiple independent zones for various purposes, which will maximize utilization and the user experience.

The Innovation Hub will serve as a showcase environment for Capgemini’s most advanced digital solutions, offering a space for enterprise clients to explore and accelerate transformation initiatives across industries.
Installation and delivery are scheduled to take place during the second half of 2025, with the hub expected to be operational by year-end. The commercial terms of the order remain confidential.
